A Workshop on "Drug Prevention" was organized under the joint aegis of Red Ribbon Club and Gunjan Sanstha at GDC College, Jawali on 08/09/2022 . Shri Vijay Kumar, State Coordinator of the organization, told the students about the various types of drugs, their side effects through audio-visual medium and suggested measures to prevent them. He called upon the students to adopt the NICE formula to prevent the spread of drugs in the society i.e. No. I (I), Change the Topic, and finally Igjit (leaving that together). The programme was conducted by Pier Educator Tanika. On this occasion, Principal of the college Mrs. Neeru Thakur, Rover Ranger Unit, Road Safety Club, and Members and Coordinator of Literary Council Prof. Sulakshan, Prof. Nishant Narang, Prof. Sonika Dr. Madhu Bala, Rajneesh Chand, and Office Superintendent Sumer Nath were present.
