I am pleased to share few words with parents, students and other stakeholders of Govt. Degree College Jawali. In the beginning of the new academic session i.e. 2024-25 within five years of its establishment, the college has sufficient infrastructure and provided qualified and experienced faculty to run undergraduate courses under CBCS Annual System. Department of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh is making special efforts to provide quality education with required skill and knowledge. College administration is committed to prepare its students for this ever changing and challenging world and to impart value education with professional ethics.

We have established a computer lab with latest technology with a seating capacity for fifty students. Library has also been established in the college. We have separate girls’ common room, clubs, societies and career counselling and placement cell is also functioning effectively for developing communication skills and personality of the students. Our students are participating and performing excellent in different state and university level sports, cultural and other extracurricular activities.

It is my profound privilege to inform you all that a new land  site of 84 kanals for construction of college building has been identified and the administration is  making earnest efforts to start construction work at the earliest. I also express my thanks to the GSSS Jawali for providing some portion of building and sharing campus with us. My thanks are also to faculty and other staff for extending full co-operation in making our endeavor to impart quality education to students.
