“Earn While You Learn Program”
All students are hereby informed about the launch of the “Earn While You Learn program” under the transformative initiative of the Department of Higher Education in collaboration with M/s Giverly Pvt. Ltd. The program is optional but offers students valuable opportunities to earn through gig work, gain vocational skills, and enhance financial literacy alongside their studies.
1. Program Objectives:
•Provide gig work opportunities for students to earn stipends.
•Enhance skills in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and professional growth.
•Promote career progression along with academics.
2. Program Highlights:
•Access to the Chainge mobile app for managing tasks and learning resources.
•Free and paid courses on financial literacy, cyber security, entrepreneurship, and more.
•Partnerships with brands offering exclusive deals and discounts to participating students.
•Assurance that partner brands align with program values, supporting students’ personal and professional growth.
•Earnings capped at ₹4,000/month to ensure balance with academics.
3. Terms and Conditions:
•Parental consent is mandatory (opt-out SMS will be sent to parents).
•One-time enrolment fee of ₹ 99, which includes lifetime access to app features and ₹100 in-app credit.
•Usage limited to 45 minutes/day to prioritize academics.
4. Support and Feedback:
•A dedicated support system for students, parents, and institutions to address concerns.
•Regular feedback collection to ensure program improvement and alignment with student needs.
Enrolment Process:
Students interested in participating must register themselves on the Giverly app or website.
To introduce students to the program and its benefits, an enrolment lecture will be delivered by Dr. Shashi, Program Coordinator (Assistant Professor Political Science), on December 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM in Room No. 103. All interested students are encouraged to attend the session to learn more about this opportunity and get their queries addressed.
